I have been practicing as a CPA in Northern California since 1978.  Before that I spent 11 years working with two of the largest international accounting firms. When I am not in the office I am often travelling across the nation conducting seminars for other CPAs and tax professionals who need to be updated on the latest changes in tax law. I also conduct seminars for real estate professionals in California eager to learn how to minimize tax on real estate transactions.
